I can't log in to my CreditExpert membership

If you have forgotten your username or password, go to the log in page and click ‘Forgotten your username?’ or ‘Forgotten your password?’. You will be required to answer some security questions before receiving an email with further instructions.

If your email address has changed and you therefore cannot receive your username reminder, please contact us. You will also need to contact us if you have forgotten your memorable word. Our team will be able to help you get back into your membership, so that you can update your profile with your new email address, or reset your memorable word.

If your email address has changed and you therefore cannot receive your username reminder or password reset email, please follow the ‘email not received’ link. This will give you the option to answer some additional questions to gain access to your membership.

If you’ve forgotten your memorable word, log in with your username and password as normal. When you reach the memorable word page click “Forgotten your memorable word?” and follow the instructions.
