I can't log in to my CreditExpert membership

If you have forgotten your username or password, please follow the ‘Forgotten your login details’ link. You will be required to answer some security questions before receiving your username via email/resetting your password. You will then receive an email confirming that your password has been changed.

If your email address has changed and you therefore cannot receive your username reminder, please contact us. You will also need to contact us if you have forgotten your memorable word. Our team will be able to help you get back into your membership, so that you can update your profile with your new email address, or reset your memorable word.

If your login details are entered incorrectly several times, our system locks you out in case someone was trying to enter your account fraudulently. If you have been locked out of your membership, please contact our UK based team on 0800 013 88 88 (Freephone) or 0344 481 0800.

Lines are open Mon - Fri 8am - 7pm, Saturday 8am - 4pm, and closed on Sundays.

 Charges for calling 03 numbers are the same as for calls made to standard UK landline phone numbers starting 01 or 02. If your landline or mobile phone package means you can call an 01 or 02 number as part of ‘free’ inclusive minutes, the same will apply to calling our 03 numbers
