Search tips

You can do a search by typing in a question such as 'What is a credit report?', or by typing in a word or phrase, such as 'county court judgment'.

When you have clicked the 'Go' button, any relevant FAQs will be shown in a list. Click on the FAQ name to read the answer.

Once you have done a search, you don't need to type the question or phrase in a different order. That will only show you the same result.

For best results:

  • Be simple and precise in what you type into the search box.
  • Ask one question at a time. For example, instead of typing 'What's my credit rating and how do I improve it?', first type in 'What's my credit rating?'. Then do another search and type in 'How do I improve my credit rating?'
  • Check your spelling.
